1) We will sort, organize, clean and display your items on tables

   2) We will research items so that you can expect to get the best price possible

   3) We will list any big items ahead of time (ie, furniture) so that it gives us room for tables and gives us a little more time to sell. 

   4) We do all the advertising for pre-sale items & for dates & times of the sale

   5) Following a sale there are always items left that do not sell. We have a 3rd party buyer come & they do a buyout. So the house will be completely empty when we are done.

   6) We will sweep, vaccum, mop, wipe down counters and remove all trash before we turn keys back over.

   7) You will receive your check usually within a few days to a week once the sale is done.
